Perhaps the best local restaurant with excellent accessibility from the ski resort. Every day they offer a lunch menu and dishes from the regular menu. They have an excellent service. Expect it to be full during lunch time.

Not sure what to do with your children in the afternoon or evening? Try snowtubing. Your children will definitely love it, and so will most likely you. The attraction is also suitable for small children and they can ride in pairs. Plus it works even in summer.

A smaller area primarily for children and beginners, featuring two button lifts (poma) and a children's carpet lift. The location is ideal for practicing lift riding and taking first steps on skis. There’s a simple equipment rental shop right next to the lift. Free parking is available directly at the lift.

Located right on Dolní náměstí (Lower Square). A pleasant restaurant with excellent food focused on both Czech and international cuisine. Daily lunch menu. And excellent Pilsner beer to go with it. Perhaps the menu is a little too large. WiFi is available of course. We definitely recommend visiting this place.

A somewhat hidden but authentic mountain bar that you can easily reach on skis or on foot. The locals call it just "Garáž" (Garage). It has a very stylish atmosphere, serves quality Pilsner beer and the guests can choose from a simple menu. The food will certainly not disappoint you! It is an interesting place for an evening hangout or renting the entire space for a party. You just need to walk there and then walk back down to the valley after your visit.

Dvoračky also know as Štumpovka is the ideal place for a lunch break during skiing or a summer hike. The service is really fast and accustomed to really busy times. Here you will experience a true mountain atmosphere and service reminiscent of Alpine huts. Plus, with above average culinary skills. You can sit inside or outside on the terrace. Maybe just the Budvar, but that's really a matter of personal taste and opinion :-)

A pleasant and cozy restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. The food is excellent for local standards, you can choose from a varied menu ranging from pizza and pasta to Czech classics. The restaurant is popular among the locals as well, so you'll have no problem meeting new people and learning some interesting tidbits about life in the mountains. You'll enjoy the Svijany and Pilsner beers on tap.

An interesting mountain café and pastry shop, where they care to select the best ingredients and make their own desserts including delicious ice cream. Try their excellent coffee, the selection includes more than only sicilian.

A classic grocery store with generous opening hours from 6 AM to 10 PM. It is a relatively well-stocked minimarket. On Wednesdays, a mobile butcher shop arrives, offering lots of interesting and traditionally produced meat delicacies from the Krkonoše Mountains. In February, during the peak season, vegetables may be sold out, but there is a fruit and vegetable shop on the square, that is only about 100 meters away.

The local information center is located in the town hall building. It is small but cozy and with very friendly staff. If you are looking for tips for other trips, brochures, maps, or tourist stamps, you have come to the right place. A lot of these informations can be downloaded directly from the information center's website.

A smaller resort with two button lifts (pomas) right next to Modrá Hvězda, featuring a slightly steeper and longer slope. Night skiing is available here as well, which is great especially for less experienced skiers or children. Free parking is available only a few meters from the lift.

The same slope as Modrá Hvězda and Bahýnka, ideal for beginners or children. There is a 700-meter-long tatra lift (poma) lift and a shorter children's rope lift. You can also park for free here.

Skiing in Rokytnice, that is the Horní Domky resort with the dominant Lysá hora, where you can use two chairlifts and four button lifts (pomas). Don't miss out on the longest ski slope in the Czech Republic from the top of Lysá hora. Here, you can enjoy unforgettable views, or feel like you're in heaven if you happen to be above the clouds. You can park directly by the ski slope at the paid parking lot, or at other parking lots that are for free, but you will need to walk or take a ski bus back to the resort. Please note: In February and on weekends, especially if the weather is nice, the parking lot may fill up, so It is worth getting up a bit earlier! Bike park is here as well during the summer.

A small post office with two counters, the staff usually handles everything quickly and without you having to wait.

The best-equipped local sports shop, where you are sure to find what you are looking for. The main branch is located on Dolní Náměstí. It also includes a ski equipment rental, ski service, and the option to shop online on their e-shop.

This is a school where they’ll teach you skiing, snowboarding, or telemark skiing. The owner, Hynek Major, is not only an excellent teacher but also a big fan of telemark skiing. If you meet any ski instructors on a weekday that are being educated, they will most likely be wearing green Major ski jackets. They teach at Horní Domky and Modrá Hvězda.

A go-kart track in a quiet environment, 200 meters long and covering an area of 1,500 square meters. The Honda go-karts can reach speeds of up to 60 km/h, but dont worry, beacuse the track is suitable and safe for children as well.

A simple rope center featuring two circuits in the treetops at heights from 4 to 12 meters. Children taller than 130 cm can access wtihout supervision, but smaller children must be accompanied by an instructor. A separate zip line is also included.

Sports hall with a large gymnasium measuring 18 x 36 meters, equipped with floorball boards. It also includes a smaller gymnasium measuring 12 x 18 meters. There is also a gym, sauna, and three clay tennis courts are adjacent to it.

A legendary music bar. The word "legendary" is appropriate for it, beacuse anyone who's been to Rokytnice and hasn't visited this place is like he has never been here at all. If you want to have fun on a Friday or Saturday night, this is your number one spot! destination. They serve excellent drinks, have two bars, a dance floor, and play recorded music or a DJ. You can also order a pizza here if you want to.

A very well-equipped rental shop focused primarily on skialp, but you will be also able to find skis and bicycles during the summer.

Rental shop located in the main lift building, run by the Major ski school. They offer high-quality equipment from Rossignol, Dynastar, and LANGE. Ski service is also available here.

Since the 2021 season, the Udatný, Pařez, and Studenov resorts have been interconnected. So now there are eight lifts in total, including one shorter chairlift. The lifts at Studenov are nearly 1300 meters long, which promises an interesting skiing experience in itself. Paid parking is usually available directly at the resorts.
