The story of the apartment!

U Kapličky are urban cross-country ski tracks that are regularly groomed and within walking distance. The disadvantage is their slope orientation and the hilly terrain. It is also possible to cross from here to the meadows below Studenov or to connect to the Krkonoše magistrála by hiking to Ručičky or Studenov.

Secret tip

The Chapel of the Virgin Mary on the side of the Kostelní vrch hill is one of the best-known and oldest chapels in Rokytnice nad Jizerou. The original wooden building from 1724 was demolished in 1768 and replaced by the present brick chapel.

Description

The three-room 74-m2 apartment is on the first floor of the Nordic building. The south-facing interior of the living room has access to a spacious private terrace, which, in addition to seating, also offers a private garden on the east side of the building. This guarantees exclusive relaxation in the surroundings of mountain greenery. The interior of the apartment provides plenty of built-in storage space and each apartment also has access to a communal wellness area with a Finnish sauna, separate cubicles for storing skis and bikes and the resort garden.

Rokytnice nad Jizerou is a mountain town with a full range of services and one of the best ski resorts in the Czech Republic. The town is also the uncrowned king of Czech ski mountaineering and will delight cross-country hikers with both rugged terrain and groomed trails.

The NORDIC apartment building symbolises the endless possibilities of cross-country skiing in Rokytnice nad Jizerou, which offers 32 km of groomed trails for cross-country skiing enthusiasts. Close by there are hundreds of additional kilometres of trails and the majority of the most famous and beautiful starting points in the Jizera and Krkonoše Mountains. The individual apartments in the Nordic building are named after these cross-country skiing locations.
